Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Fluent Institute at fluent.institute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Fluent Institute provides school transformation tools including onboarding, role-based dashboards, FSTI/SHAKTI measurement, homework workflows, AI tutoring copilots, and speaking practice. Features may evolve; we will communicate material changes to subscribed schools.

3. Accounts and access

• Principals may register directly; teachers, students, and parents join via school invitation.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse AI copilots to generate harmful, abusive, or plagiarised content.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or row-level security.
• Scrape or bulk-harvest data from the platform without written consent.
• Upload malware or interfere with platform availability.

5. School data

Schools retain ownership of data they submit. We process it to deliver the service, generate transformation scores, and improve platform reliability. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, storage, and retention.

6. AI features

AI copilots and speaking evaluation provide guidance, not professional advice. Outputs may be inaccurate; teachers and principals remain responsible for academic decisions. AI features require optional API keys and may be unavailable when keys are not configured.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountable Hindustan Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by your school in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 if no fees apply.
