Common questions

What is included in the free diagnostic?
A 3-week assessment covering leadership interviews, teacher surveys, classroom observations, and student voice. You get your FSTI baseline, a strengths and risks report, and a 12-month blueprint. No cost, no commitment.
Do you have proof from real schools?
We document partner-school pilots with FSTI / TGI / AFS / PES scores from Fluent's programme methodology (not third-party audited). One Hyderabad partner pilot moved FSTI from 5.1 to 7.7 over 12 months. Read the case study and measurement notes.
Can we start with just students or just teachers?
Yes. Scholar Studio and the Teacher Development Programme are available as standalone modules. Many schools start with one and expand when they see results.
How is the School Leadership programme different from just buying both modules?
The Leadership programme includes the FSTI dashboard, principal coaching, parent engagement workshops, and a dedicated Fluent school partner. Those are the things that make the whole system coherent, not just individual tools.
